The fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of high modulus plastics,the tubes are filled with water-resistant Jelly,the tubes and fillers are stranded around a non-metallic central strength member FRP, then to be a compact and circular cable core. After the cable core is filled with filling compound, it is covered with a thin polyethylene (PE) inner sheath. outside of the inner sheath is a layer of Kevlar yarn functioned as strength member reinforce the cable tension strength, all above are completed with PE or AT (anti-tracking) outer sheath to be a integrated optical fiber cable.
